Welcome to MoonMac Studio. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MoonMac Studio.

1. What MoonMac Studio is

MoonMac Studio is a streaming marketplace for films made with the help of AI tools. Filmmakers upload their work; viewers watch it by unlocking individual films with coins, through an all-access membership, or via free previews and free episodes. Every film is reviewed by a human before it is published.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account, and at least 18 to publish films or receive payouts.

3. Coins and memberships

Coins are a virtual currency used to unlock films. Coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable. Purchased coins do not expire. Memberships bill automatically each period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, purchases are final — if something goes wrong (a broken film, a double charge), contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Content and conduct

Films on MoonMac Studio are creative works, many made with generative AI under human direction. You may not upload content you don't have the rights to, content that impersonates real people without consent, or content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors in any form. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Reviews must reflect your genuine opinion — review manipulation leads to removal.

5. Filmmaker terms

Filmmakers retain full ownership of their work and grant MoonMac Studio a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and promote it on the platform. Earnings, payouts, and content standards for filmmakers are covered in the Creator Agreement.

6. Disclaimers

MoonMac Studio is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the platform running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after changes means you accept them.
