Content policy

What can be published here

MoonMac Studio publishes original films and series made with AI. Every episode is watched by a person before it goes live — not scanned, not sampled. This page says what that person is looking for.

Not allowed

Sexual content

No pornography, nudity presented sexually, or sexualised depiction of anyone who is or appears to be a minor. This is absolute and there is no artistic exemption for the second part.

Real people, without consent

No AI likeness of a real person — face, voice or both — used to make them appear to say or do something they did not. Satire of public figures is allowed where it is obviously satire and clearly labelled.

Graphic violence and cruelty

No real footage of death, injury or abuse. Dramatised violence in a story is allowed; violence presented for its own sake is not, and neither is animal cruelty.

Hate and harassment

Nothing that attacks or demeans people for who they are, and nothing targeting a private individual.

Work that isn't yours

You must hold the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage and any material used to train or prompt what you made.

Deception

No content presenting fabricated events as real news, no scams, and no misrepresenting who made something.

Illegal activity

Nothing promoting or instructing in it, and nothing that breaks the law where you or your audience are.

How this is enforced

Reviewed before it is published

Every episode enters a queue and is watched by a reviewer before any audience sees it. Nothing is published automatically, ever.

Sent back with a reason

Work that falls short is returned with a written explanation, not a silent rejection. Most of what comes back is fixable.

Removed after publishing, if we got it wrong

Staff can take down an episode or a whole title at any time. Anyone who paid keeps the record of that payment, and refunds are handled by support.

Repeat breaches cost the account

Payouts frozen, then removal from search and browse, then suspension. Each step is explained to the filmmaker and each is reversible.

Reporting something

If something here breaks this policy, tell us and a person will look at it. Include a link and what is wrong with it.

Report content

Copyright holders may write to us at the same address to request removal of infringing material. We act on complete reports promptly. This policy sits alongside our terms and privacy policy.
